Tallent & Associates, CPA was formed by Laura Lukenbill Tallent in
2014.  Laura is a graduate of Presentation Academy.  She earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree and Advanced Accounting Certificate  from
Bellarmine College (now Bellarmine University).

Laura is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She is licensed with the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy. Laura has extensive experience in Quickbooks setup and training.

Laura is an active member of St. John Paul II Catholic Church.  She began serving on the parish Finance Committee in January 2021.

From 2014 – 2020 Laura served on the John Paul II Academy regional school board.  She chaired the Academy’s Finance Committee beginning July 2016 through the remainder of her term.  She also served on the St. John Paul II Parish Council from 2014 – 2020 and was the liaison between the Academy and the Parish Council.

From 2008 – 2014,  she served on the Board of Directors for DeSales High School.  She also served as Treasurer on the Executive Committee and as Chairperson of the Finance & Facilities Committee.
